About the role and why it’s unique:

• As the Creative Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of Underdog’s performance marketing
• Act as a producer for the User Acquisition team, responsible for producing and testing creatives that resonate with our target audience
• Develop a deep understanding of the product roadmap and build a creative strategy that complements and enhances it
• Conduct regular creative testing and synthesize insights to inform future campaigns
• Create and maintain detailed reports on creative performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization
• Input and manage tickets, coordinating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Who you are:

• 3 years of proven experience in creative marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience creating and implementing A/B testing plans across various ad platforms
• Ability to make creative decisions driven by analytical insights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Even better if you have:

• Experience in the Online Gaming Industry
• Have used Mobile Measurement Partners (ex. AppsFlyer, Branch, Looker, Signma) and SKAN
