Job Summary:

Digital Wellness is seeking a Manager Performance Marketing to contribute to our lead acquisition and member conversion efforts for our online wellness brands both in the US and AUS, Mayo Clinic Diet and Total Wellbeing Diet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns, and scaling digital businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth from lead acquisition to lead conversion. 
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing/CRM, and affiliate marketing.
• Planning and execution of paid digital strategies, largely paid search and paid social. 
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, as well as product analytics teams, to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Further the team’s understanding of member path to conversion and collaborate with all teams to find improvements and methodologies. 
• Represent the marketing team in leadership meetings. 
• Improve creative testing methodologies and A/B testing. 
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts, and provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing metrics to senior management. Report to executives and key stakeholders on wins, challenges, and future plans and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage them to improve marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• 4 years of direct experience managing Paid Digital programs and strategies, including Paid Search, Paid Social, specifically in the health and wellness category.
• Candidates should have D2C subscription or eCommerce business experience. 
• Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong experience in developing and optimizing Salesforce Journeys. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital analytics. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position is hybrid - In person 2x/week in Brooklyn, NY
