Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join the culinary team at Umbrella Dry Bar. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in executing our menu offerings with precision, creativity, and a commitment to quality, contributing to the unique culinary experience we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items according to recipes and standards set by Umbrella Dry Bar, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation of dishes.
- Prep ingredients for a range of charcuterie boards and small plates that support every dietary journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, refrigeration, and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, considering seasonal availability and zero-proof beverage pairings.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing management of ingredient needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and strong cooking techniques.
