Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Back to join the Umbrella Dry Bar team. As a Bar Back, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operations of our establishment. You will support the bartenders and ensure an exceptional guest experience by assisting in various tasks and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages in adherence to Umbrella's high standards and unique offerings of zero-proof drinks.

- Maintain an organized and tidy bar area, ensuring that all supplies, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked and readily accessible.

- Support the team in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, glassware, and equipment.

- Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience.

- Assist in inventory management by receiving, organizing, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and zero-proof beverage trends.

- Must be of legal working age as per local regulations.
