Ultravision LED Solutions is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

The Role – Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a talent for turning leads into customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a fast-paced, high energy team that is responsible for customer acquisition through direct outreach by using a consultative sales approach.

Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with the ability to speak and present in front of mixed audiences. If you are a problem solver, you will fit right in! Minimal sales experience is okay but a strong acumen and desire to learn is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with a team to create compelling sales pitches to achieve high-conversion ratios
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on warm leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Attend weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge
  • Maintain and track sales opportunities in a CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Report sales activities and progress to achieve set goals

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional work ethic and drive
  • Resourceful personality with a "get the job done" attitude
  • Understanding of business strategy, marketing, and lead generation

What You’ll Get: *indicates with conditions

  • $45,000 - $55,000 base pay DOE Salary
  • Uncapped Commissions based on sales

Primary location for this position will be at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas
