Our client is a leading Oil & Gas company located in the Galleria area and is seeking an Administrative Assistant, with experience in Concur, to join their team. Starting compensation $25-$27/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support including, scanning, filing, managing kitchen and office supplies
• Expense reports, event planning, travel
• Working with IT to assist with onboarding

Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative support
• Experience with Concur is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tech savvy overall
