Job Duties/Description:

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the function, value, and competitive advantage of products. No cold calling is involved.
• Design solutions to meet each customer's unique needs, increasing conversion rates.
• Demonstrate a strong drive for achieving results, consistently surpassing sales goals.
• Provide timely and relevant follow-up on sales, promotions, and installations
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and internal data/systems
• Actively prospect new customers and generate referrals to contribute to business growth.
• Assist with company-level customer communication
• Complete assigned quarterly sales-driving projects.
• Conduct an average of 8-10 virtual sales meetings daily.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Prior administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is required.
• Must have a professional work space at home and maintain a professional appearance.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a desirable skill.
• Flexibility in working hours due to time zone differences.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50K base Commission - average FYE is 80k minimum
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Type: Direct Hire
