Hiring Now for a Human Resources Assistant in Irvine, CA for a thriving Property Management Company!

Paying $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Temporary to Hire placement

Responsibilities:

• File and review I-9s, employee files, and ensure forms are fully executed and accurate
• Assist with New Hire packets for orientation, onboarding, and training
• Maintaining office supplies, office vendor management, service, etc.
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department
• Provide data entry for the HRIS and E-Verify database
• Maintain COVID and LOA logs
• Updating archives and other yearly filing needs

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality of personal and highly sensitive information
• Demonstrate knowledge of general HR practices and principles
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment law
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• HR Certification preferred
