**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls in a call center environment, providing excellent customer service and addressing patient needs.
- Utilize professional communication etiquette while scheduling appointments based on availability and location proximity.
- Achieve minimum goals based on monthly metric reviews and expected requirements.
- Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to support and coordinate patient needs promptly.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being open to learning new skills and taking on various roles as required by business needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Healthcare/Medical Office experience.
- Highly desirable: Knowledge of insurance processes.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in navigating custom computer software and internal systems; experience with NextGen is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
