The Office Administrator is a welcoming face to employees and all guests of the company. This person supports the needs of the office and its staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts administrative tasks that support the office staff
Manages the company's Master Calendar
Manage the All Hands meetings
Provides direction and guidance to all guests
Assists with conference room reservations
Owns and updates the Employee Phone Directory
Owns and regularly updates the Staff Directory
Conducts timely internal and external communications
Answers the company phone calls as they arise
Handles highly sensitive materials and documents in a confidential manner
Composes and prepares confidential correspondence and reports as requested
Provides list of daily events to applicable staff
Assists with scheduling and processing payments
Support internal and external events when needed.
Other duties may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
2-5 year's experience as Office Admin
Excellent Customer Service skills
Highly proficient in verbal and writing skills
Ability to manages multiple projects at once
Excellent time management skills
Positive, willing and helpful attitude
Ability to work onsite
