Customer Service Representative Job Functions: 

• Provide preliminary administrative support to clients
• Build strong client relationships 
• Focus on retention of client while providing excellent customer service 
• Oversee daily contact regarding the documentation to be completed
• Process documents, emails and any messages that require immediate attention
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and or comments as well as actions taken.

Requirements

All you need to be a Customer Service Representative High School Diploma, and 2 years of customer service experience and able to communicate effectively over the phone and electronically.
