Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products and services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Fluency in English; in Spanish is A MUST.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
