Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) managing environmental projects focused on Hazardous, Toxic, or Radiological Waste (HTRW) activities, military munitions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); 2.) Managing schedule, budget, and quality of environmental remediation projects; or 3.) coordinating environmental actions with stakeholder agencies, such as HQUSACE or EPA. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
