 We are currently seeking an Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team in our Baltimore, MD office. This position will lead interior fit out design projects in the DoD, Government, Institutional, and Education markets. Will be responsible for direct client service, A/E team progress, design quality, mentorship, and leadership through all project phases including construction. This position requires experience, care and the desire to deliver quality projects and responsive service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  • 15 years of Interior Design experience
  • NCDIQ Certification
  • Licensed Interior Designer, licensure in process is acceptable (Maryland license preferred)
  • LEED Accredited Professional
  • Must have organization and drive to lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain client relationships
  • Must have strong programming, space planning, space making, FF&E selection and specification background
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and thorough in their desire to provide exceptional client service
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD security clearance. Current clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
  • Experience in construction documentation and specification
