- Work and engage closely with Procurement to identify best sourcing options and procurement strategies.
- Project Estimate, Budget & Cost Management
- Scheduling & Risk Management
- Health and Safety for Construction Projects
- Ensure that procurement, contractors, permits, budgets and cost follow up are in place for the projects.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience with construction management on site
3-5 years flat roofing experience
