Position Objectives and Responsibilities
Spiniello Companies is a privately held, national, full-service utility contractor. Founded in 1922, we are one of the few companies that fully self-performs all aspects of excavation and specialty pipe rehabilitation. Headquartered in New Jersey, we also have office locations in Maryland, Washington D.C., and California. Spiniello has annual revenues in excess of $150M and performs dozens of projects simultaneously. We currently have over 100 salaried and 300 hourly employees.
The Project Manager will provide the overall direction, completion and financial outcome of construction projects as directed. This role will encompass the planning, execution and closeout of the project’s strict deadlines and budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and to deliver the specific project according to the specifications, drawings and executed contract.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
Knowledge of Civil Construction, Earthwork, and Utilities construction. Ability to apply efficient, innovative, and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance and project success. Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices and standards, processes and activities.
