What You Will Be Doing

• Establishing and sustaining a positive relationship with clients during the construction process.
• Supervising and examining subcontractors' work for quality, including adherence to safety and construction regulations.
• Keep the job site neat, tidy, and professionally organized.
• Participation in personnel selection and management, as well as budgetary and schedule management.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and the sales team.
• Write reports.
• Interact and communicate with clients and coworkers in an efficient manner.
• Oversee and assess the caliber of work completed by subcontractors.
• Manage payroll, communication, and work costs efficiently using computers.
