Civil Land Development Project Manager

We are a full-service Consulting Engineering Company with over sixty years' experience, specializing in general civil engineering services for both public, private and federal projects including: master planning, water systems, storm drain and sanitary sewer system design; site design; land planning and urban design.

We're looking for a Civil Land Development Project Manager to provide management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, communication with clients, and overall project design.

Responsibilities:

• Providing management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, communication with clients, and overall project design
• Mentoring and overseeing the design work of staff
• Soliciting work with new and existing clients; writing proposals and conducting interviews.
• Managing multiple projects and communications with clients.
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance within the project scope.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in civil engineering
• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer license in Utah
• Work experience in Civil 3D
