Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Employee Relations Manager who will be responsible for employee relations and compliance in our Tucson, AZ and Dallas, TX locations. This position is an onsite role and will be based out of the Tucson office. The Employee Relations Manager will work closely with our in-house employment counsel and the Head of ER and will be responsible for day-to-day conflict resolution, providing recommendations and guidance to management regarding employee-related issues, including discipline and termination, conducting internal investigations and helping ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Employee Relations Manager may also be asked to assist in developing and conducting compliance and other training for employees. .This position will report to the Head of Employee Relations and have a dotted line to the local HRBP lead and will also work closely with internal employment counsel. Some travel to Texas and San Diego may be required.
