TS Advisors is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Sarasota, FL

Every Customer Support Representative undergoes comprehensive training to become a subject matter expert in customer service, client relations and sales, ensuring they can deliver the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities for Entry Level Customer Support Representative include:

  • Act as the intermediary between our clients and their customers with the goal of enrolling new customers into long term service agreements
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and identifying appropriate actions.
  • Providing exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, offering support to families and community members.
  • Handling escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, consumers, and fellow team members.
  • Collaborating efficiently with team members to boost awareness.
  • Establishing positive and supportive relationships within the community and providing feedback to senior management.
  • Being responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management and communicating all marketing requirements through company-provided forms.

Requirements for Customer Support Representative include:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales , retail or hospitality based role preferred but not required .
  • A high school diploma and/or GED are mandatory.
  • A dedication to meeting or surpassing expectations.
  • A determined mentality with a drive for success and a desire to establish a long-term career.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and compassion consistently.
  • Possessing excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies and efficiently manage their time.
  • Superb relationship-building skills with an outgoing and charming personality."

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
