Responsibilities for Entry Level Customer Relations Representative include:
- Act as the intermediary between our clients and their customers with the goal of enrolling new customers into long term service agreements
- Demonstrating strong communication skills by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and identifying appropriate actions.
- Providing exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, offering support to families and community members.
- Handling escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, consumers, and fellow team members.
- Collaborating efficiently with team members to boost awareness.
- Establishing positive and supportive relationships within the community and providing feedback to senior management.
- Being responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management and communicating all marketing requirements through company-provided forms.
Requirements for Customer Relations Representative include:
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales , retail or hospitality based role preferred but not required .
- A high school diploma and/or GED are mandatory.
- A dedication to meeting or surpassing expectations.
- A determined mentality with a drive for success and a desire to establish a long-term career.
- Demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and compassion consistently.
- Possessing excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute new ideas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
