Compensation:$125,000
Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact with homeowners
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts
- Building and managing a growing portfolio of investors
- Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
- Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations
- Selling over the phone and using cold outreach to target and win leads
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines

Compensation:
- Accelerated Compensation Structure - $1,400,000 annual income has been obtained! (No fluff, actual earnings)
- Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Unrestricted Commissions
- Management Compensation available via promotion
