Facilities Concierge

Conference Room Management

Conference room setup (Daily- 139A-C, 839A-B, 856)

Conference room, Fitness Center, Rooftop Deck, & Café reset (Daily- all public conference rooms)

Furniture

Fitness equipment Supplies

Cleaning check

Towel service

Conference room scheduling/approving (Backup- 139A-C, 839A-B, 856)

Meeting beverage service Interface w/ Janitorial Services

Conference room, Fitness Center & café quality control

Coordinate spot cleanings

Coffee Bar Stocking & Service

Customer Service Interface Accept & facilitate in-person work requests

Special Event Support (Receptions, retirements, parties, United Way, Heart Walk, etc.)

Board Meeting Support (Supporting Jaycielle)

Pre- & post-board cleaning, setting, and stocking

System Emergency Center Support

Supplies

Spot Cleaning

Catering Support (vendor escort, consolidating, clean-up)

Front Desk (Backup)

Facilities Admin Job Description

· Represent Facilities Management group

o Provide after-hours contractor supervision

o Manage pest control, plant waterers, etc.

o Take requests/complaints & submit Facility Work Requests

· Process invoices in FIM

· Manage & draft local contracts

· Draft Statements of Work

· Approve large conference room requests (139A-C, 839A&B, 856, Board)

· Coordinate w/ Facilities Concierge for special conference room setups and amenities

· Event support

o Board meetings

o Executive parties

· Fire Warden Program

o Recruit floor wardens

o Plan & host annual fire warden training

o Participate in quarterly fire drills

o Coordinate updates to emergency pamphlets

· Other
