POSITION

Are you ready to be the heartbeat of our growing global entertainment marketing agency? We're looking for a Front Office Receptionist not just any Receptionist, but the first point of contact representing our agency, greeting all that walk through our doors.

This role is perfect for someone with a warm spirit, a welcoming demeanor, and a knack for making everyone feel at home.

Please note, due to the nature of this position, this is a full-time onsite position based in our Hollywood, California corporate headquarters.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Welcome our employees, clients, vendors, and guests with your friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for their entire experience with our agency
  • Effortlessly manage guest arrivals, ensuring everyone feels expected, welcomed, and informed.
  • Help our guests feel at home, offering hospitality that turns first-time visitors into long-term friends.
  • Handle incoming calls with a cheerful voice, directing inquiries easily and professionally.
  • Be the go-to for receiving, sorting, and distributing all mail and deliveries, ensuring everyone gets their important items promptly.
  • Occasionally, you'll get to order meals for leadership and special clients, adding that extra touch of care and attention.
  • Open, prep, and close our office space, maintaining an inviting and organized front office that everyone is proud of.
  • Keep our staff contact lists, manuals, and databases up-to-date, proving that no detail is too small for your keen eye.
  • Assist in planning and setting up memorable staff functions and events, adding to our agency's joy and team spirit.
  • Engage with all levels of agency leadership and external clients, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • This role also supports our company's Chief Operations Officer & Chief HR Officer, so time & expense data entry will be required.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2 years’ experience in a front office / receptionist capacity
  • A communication wizard, both verbally and in writing, who loves making connections.
  • An organizational guru who thrives in managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • A detail-oriented individual who appreciates the little things that make a big difference.
  • A tech-savvy person comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Someone with a genuine interest in entertainment marketing and a desire to grow within the industry.
  • Reliable, with a track record of dependable attendance and enthusiasm for new challenges.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

Please note that a potential offer for employment will be determined based on a number of factors, that may include experience, unique skills and / or other qualifications, location, performance factors (current employees), and a variety of business and budgetary considerations.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the physical and emotional wellness of our employees.
