Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Dental Office Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service from the moment they enter our office. Additionally, you will assist in marketing initiatives to expand our referral network and strengthening our relationships with existing referring offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media management and field marketing in surrounding neighborhoods
  • Ensure proper communication with patients and referring practices
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental office required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental software
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Marketing experience or education is a plus
