SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR
What the Job Entails:
- Strengthen all social channels using strategic storytelling and development of a comprehensive editorial calendar
- Take initiative to engage multiple teams/individuals in order to gather information/content to execute the strategy.
- Collaborate with key Traffic Tech leaders to enhance and manage their social media presence.
- Write copy and generate graphics for Traffic Tech social content.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance and implement optimizations on paid and organic efforts.
- Ensure consistent voice and tone across all social messaging.
- Identifying key targets, influencers, and other audience segments to expand social presence and results.
- Providing regular reporting and insights to team members.
- Engage internal teams to foster participation with Traffic Tech content sharing, generation, and amplification of the brand message on social media. Manage social media employee advocacy programs, including the tools, education, and strategy development.
- Keep a pulse on overall social landscape trends, including formats, platforms, as well as content.
- Adapt and produce on-trend visual assets (presentations, one-pagers, sell-sheets, sales materials, etc) across PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Continually do market research to keep Traffic Tech’s digital design optimal for brand identity recognition.
- Identify new approaches and ways to elevate our visual assets across all customer touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or advertising preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media, SEO and marketing.
- Proven ability to manage digital and social media advertising (organic and paid) and analytics (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience leading Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, YouTube, etc ).
- Experience with paid social campaigns on the various social channels.
- Strong command of web and social analytics and insight development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume atmosphere, and work within established timeframes.
- Experience using PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
