Job Summary: 

A Social Media Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives within Ludex. Their duties include tracking analytics for social media campaigns, capturing and editing content, creating social media posting schedules, writing captions for social media posts.

Requirements:

• Interest in Sports & Trading card industry
• Ideal candidates will have working knowledge of sports and trading card attributes and knowledge of influencer marketing within the industry.
• Social media knowledge, including best practices of platforms and when posting across platforms
• Video/Photo editing skills
• Ability to work full time in Chicago Offices
• Ability to travel to The National Sports Collectors Convention in July with the Ludex Team
• (Not required, but ideally candidates will have working knowledge of animation tools)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars for various social media platforms
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Support marketing team at live and online event
• Perform social media marketing research
• Assist on influencer campaign strategy
• Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
• Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
• Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
• Help create and edit short-form videos
• Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
• Assist with photo/video content shoots
• Ensure brand message is consistent
