DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist is to create, post, engage, market, and analyze Wow Bao across multiple organic social platforms. This multifaceted role involves content generation, platform management, audience expansion, engagement enhancement, content virality optimization, and performance tracking across various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, among others.

The key metrics of success for this position will be increasing customer engagement and growing social audiences, to grow brand awareness, positioning and positive brand sentiment, to ultimately increase sales. This person will curate and maintain a positive brand image through social media.
