Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) was founded in 1998 by Robert Fontana and provides business support services to Aspen Dental practices across the US. When Aspen Dental was created, it was to break down the barriers that made it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health—affordability, transparency, and access. Realizing the key to better patient care started with the provider, we changed how the dental business worked. We built new relationships, expertise, and tools to help dentists run their businesses more effectively and better care for their patients. We have changed access to dental care nationwide. By providing business support in all areas, including Operations, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, Scheduling and Customer Service, we allow the practitioners to focus on the clinical care. 

Aspen Dental is looking for a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you’ll help us create original and engaging content for Aspen Dental’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. You will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics and text captions. 

Responsibilities

• Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Snap across organic and paid social

• Story-tell, storyboard, script, film, photograph and edit content for high-quality posts; You will be responsible for filming, photographing, editing and designing posts

• Capture real-time moments and create and edit the content quickly for timely posting, sometimes with a same day turnaround

• Be able to leverage native channels and listening platforms to have expertise understanding of what’s trending and how to capitalize on it but have quick understanding on what does, and does not make sense for the brand

• Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, sales

• Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice

• Constantly brainstorm and curate new ideas based on social channels best practices and brand messaging strategies

• Work closely with Sr. Director of Social Media, and stakeholders to find directorial, shooting, and editorial solutions.

• Proactively stay up-to-date on trends happening within our social platforms, as well as any platforms on the horizon

• Reviews all posts for accuracy prior to publishing – and be able to publish across all platforms

• Seeks a range of alternatives to the improvement of content creation processes, and embraces new ways of working.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy

• Ability to work with creative tools

• Knowledge of how paid social works and should be optimizedcreatively

• Excellent knowledge of social media best practices

• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Snap

• Ability to turn an idea into compelling content.

• Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content

• Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms, active daily in social media, very digitally savvy, passionate about pop culture and social

• Demonstrates an ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
