We are currently seeking a Program Analyst who is ready to join our NAVSEA team. This position is in located in Washington, DC.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assists in the preparation of management plans, briefs, and reports.
• Assists in the development of documents to support program funding through the Navy’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
• Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/ presentations, and program reviews.
• Develops, analyzes, and reviews program office documents in accordance with applicable Department of Defense and Department of Navy policies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with external stakeholder groups, capture action items, and advise government on potential program impacts and touchpoints.
• Assist with technical editing for organizational documentation. Works with project team to maintain project schedules.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5 years of related program analysis experience.
• Strong technical editing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
• Strong written and oral communication. Experience supporting Navy acquisition program office (preferred).
• Experience supporting software development programs (preferred). Program Management Professional Certification (preferred).
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
