Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front Office Manager to join our team. As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, including supervising staff, driving business development, managing profit and loss, and implementing strategic plans. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, project management expertise, and the ability to drive process improvement.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
