Description

Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Customer Service Administrator in our Kentucky District Office, located in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. This office manages a large number of condo and single family home communities.

This challenging opportunity includes:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for residents and homeowners in your assigned portfolio
  • Assisting Association Managers by providing administrative support such as drafting and typing correspondence, making copies, and filing
  • Resolving customer service issues and providing continuous feedback to Association Manager
  • Preparing newsletters, mass community mailings, and other clerical items
  • Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending task
  • Office schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements

You offer the following minimum requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office products
  • Administrative experience, including the writing of reports and business correspondence
  • Experience in a high volume, busy office with competing demands
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • Drug and background check
