Title: Customer Support Administrator

FLSA: Non-Exempt or Exempt, depending on experience

Salary: $43K to 60k depending on experience

Location: Either NYC or Irving, TX office

Seeking an entry-level Customer Support Administrator to join our Enterprise Solutions Department in either our New York City or Irving, TX office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and update customer information on a daily basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to SAP Help Desk users in North and South America.
  • Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining our SAP ERP system.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, and effectively work with the team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to enter customer data quickly and accurately.
  • Customer Support experience and ability understand our customer's requirements or inquiries very accurately.
  • The ability to analyze clients’ inquiries and requirements and promptly respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • U.S. work authorization.


Preferences:

  • Programming experience or knowledge with logical thinking for making hypotheses for solving issues.
  • SAP ERP experience with modules such as FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Japanese or Spanish language communication skills, both written and verbal.
