We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to enhance the value of our community and provide an exceptional living experience for residents at Rivers Edge Apartments in Montgomery County, Dayton, OH.

This challenging opportunity includes:

  • Assist the Community Manager to cultivate a proactive and cohesive team environment, driving towards shared property objectives.
  • Help ensure the upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and grounds.
  • Engage with potential residents, showcasing model apartments, discussing community amenities, and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Record resident activities in our system, ensuring timely updates for move-ins, move-outs, and service requests.
  • Facilitate the move-in process, preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring lease documentation accuracy.
  • Compile operational reports, maintain resident files, and assist with the renewal program and resident communications.
  • Community hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

You offer the following minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of one year experience in multifamily property management and sales.
  • Excellent customer service and strong social media skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and reliability.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license, owns a reliable vehicle, and maintains auto insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.

Other helpful skills and competencies:

  • NALP® designation through NAA
  • Yardi experience -Preferred
