Consider joining our team as an Association Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio .

Who you are:

  • You have 2 year's HOA or COA management experience plus Associates Degree in a related field - or a combination of related experience and education.
  • You have strong financial acumen, enabling you to prepare budgets and report on monthly financials.
  • You have an understanding of Board meetings and the related procedures and decorum.
  • You're computer literate including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Yardi software.
  • You understand that the customer experience is one of the most important aspects of your job.
  • You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as an Association Manager:

  • Assist the Boards in establishing short/long-term goals and with preparation of the annual budget.
  • Provide Boards with short/long-term plans for repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance needs.
  • Operate the managed assets within the fiscal guidelines of the Boards.
  • Obtain bids for Board approval, schedule work and monitor contracted services, and process vendor invoices.
  • Inspect properties weekly for maintenance or landscaping needs, policy violations, and safety matters.
  • Prepare violation and enforcement letters at the discretion of the Boards.
  • Office hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, flexible schedule with some evening meetings required (M-Th) .
