Overview

As part of the People Services Team, you will focus on the benefits and work comp areas of our operation. Your skills will add to the well rounded People Service professionals who support our team of 500 people. Starting rate $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the administrative requirements for benefit, leaves of absence and general employee questions. You will oversee the workers compensation program, maintain the OSHA 300 report, and act as the liaison between the medical facilities, the insurance company and the team member. Working with the Director you will analyzing data, and making recommendations on improvements. Assist in administering associate benefits and open enrollment. Assist in administering FMLA/LOA functions.

Qualifications

Relevant People Services / administrative experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Bi-lingual preferred. Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. SHRM certification preferred.
