Position: Project Manager – Road Construction
Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage roadway rehabilitation projects from inception to completion within the city of Houston and surrounding municipalities, ensuring adherence to construction specifications and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project milestones are met.
· Provide on-site supervision and leadership to construction crews and subcontractors.
· Always ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to senior management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.), Construction Management, or other related degrees.
· Experience in managing roadway construction projects
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
· Spanish Language Skills Highly Preferred
