Job Title: Customer Service Director

Annual Pay Rate: $36,000.00

Hourly Rate: $25.00

Commission Rate: 0.25% Per Contract

Location: Remote/Work From Home

Total Body Mobile Massage is a leading provider of on-demand mobile massage services, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Director to join our team. As the Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for leading the customer service and support function, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and handle customer service team inquiries and complaints in order to ensure the customer service team’s satisfaction
• Provide information about products and services to the customer service team in a timely manner
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Lead and oversee the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Monitor and analyze customer service KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
• Manage customer escalation issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to drive improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
• Provide regular weekly reports and insights to the Auditing Director / Department on customer service performance and improvements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior customer service management role, ideally within the service or hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools is a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.50 - $25.50/hour.
