Annual Pay Rate: $60,000.00
Hourly Rate: $42.00
Commission Rate: 2% Per Contract
Location: South Florida (Palm Beach County)
Total Body Mobile Massage, a leading provider of mobile massage services, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial leadership to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while reducing expenditure
- Implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulations
- Leading and managing the accounting and finance team
- Providing strategic guidance on investment opportunities, risk management, and capital allocation
- Collaborating with executive team to drive overall business performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or similar senior financial leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company or start-up environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus
