Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to join our company. As a leader in the mobile massage industry, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead our sales team and drive the expansion of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide guidance on negotiation tactics and closing techniques
- Analyze sales data and propose actionable recommendations for improvement through weekly reports prepared for Auditing Director / Department
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role
- Strong understanding of the mobile massage industry and its unique sales dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans effectively
- Results-oriented and confident in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
