Florida Are you a dynamic and accomplished business leader with a proven track record in the building materials industry, particularly in the Florida market? We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our esteemed client, a leading Windows and Doors business, as the Director of Sales for their Impact Windows and Doors division based in Florida, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive long-term profitable growth and market share expansion for the Impact Windows and Doors business in Florida. Take a seat at the leadership table, collaborating with key stakeholders from operations, finance, HR, and more.
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in managing people and sales teams will be crucial to fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture.
- Market Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the building code in Florida and experience in managing businesses in the state. Previous exposure to the fenestration or building materials industry is highly advantageous.
- Distribution Channel Management: Oversee the sales channel through window and door dealers, demonstrating proficiency in managing distribution channels.
- Growth Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives that drive growth, particularly in the high-end, luxury segment of the market. Leverage your experience to position the business as a leader along the Florida coastline.
- Proven experience in a Director-level role, ideally within the building materials or related industry in Florida.
- Familiarity with the building code in Florida and experience managing businesses in the state.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Previous exposure to window and door sales is preferred but not mandatory.
