Who we are looking for:

TORQ Distribution is looking for an experienced, driven, hungry-for-growth, Divisional Sales Manager to lead the entire Supply division of the organization. This position will be responsible for leading, growing, and managing the fastest growing division in TORQ Distribution.

What we will expect:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the division to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Track and manage sales team behaviors for existing strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats to the division’s market
  • Stay up to date on the company’s products or services and ensure that the sales team is well versed in product knowledge
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the division and individual sales team members to measure and improve performance
  • Demonstrate consistent sales abilities through meeting objectives set by the company
  • Forecast and report incoming business activity on a routine basis
  • Provide ongoing training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall sales and business strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills you need:

  • Associate degree, with preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • 5 years of sales experience in related field or industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with sales technology, CRM systems, and other sales related tools
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals
  • Curious nature and the willingness to be coached for improvement
  • Self-motivated to improve your career and financial goals
  • Must have a strong initiative and competitive nature
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
