Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The Commercial Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards within the defined scope of work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing leadership and support to project teams.
• Communicate effectively with key clientele, building upon existing relationships to increase ability to win new projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Countertop/Surface Cladding and/or Millwork (Division 6) experience is a major plus.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of commercial project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and Google Workspace.
