Our client is looking for a dedicated professional Project Manager to join their incredible team. The PM role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, deliveries and safety at construction sites.
This Opportunity comes with a Company Truck, Gas Card, 401K Matching program, phone, laptop.
All Candidates must heavy Commercial Roofing Experience and provide a Project List. This role will be focusing on large commercial jobs.
Primary Duties and Reponsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales person as to project design and management\
- Oversee daily safety strategy, budget and labor
- Coordinate materials and deliveries
- Manage client relationships
- Quality Assurance/control
- Personnel Management
- Maintain jobsite records, change orders, billings
- Execute company vision
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support and abide by the values of the company
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 Years of Construction PM work, Commercial Roofing experience preferred
- Construction and Commercial experience preferred
- Team Player – Willing to complete processing tasks
- Critical Thinker – Intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
- Problem Solver – Take ownership, resolve and communicate with the team.
- Great Communication skills
- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
