The client has been in operation for 20 years and has established a solid network in the Greater Atlanta area.

They are looking to add to their project management team as a result of continued growth, and are searching for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in ground up retail, restaurant, office and grocery store projects.

Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing multiple ground up construction projects ranging from $3M-$10M each
• Using ProCore to keep track of project performance
• Managing all submittals and pay applications
• Producing monthly forecasts versus budget reports
• Writing contracts for subcontractors
• Managing the change order process and RFI processes
• Mentoring and managing project teams

Profile

To be considered, you must have the following:

• Experience in working on ground up construction projects between $3M-$10M
• Experience in project managing ground up retail, restaurant, office and grocery store projects
• Skilled in using ProCore
• Experience in managing project teams
