Client is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join their innovative company specializing in sustainable building envelope solutions.
- $85K-120K annually, based on experience
- Full suite of benefits, 401K match
- Quarterly bonuses based on company performance
- Travel required
- Overseeing commercial (and some residential) roofing projects, creating project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with architects and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing regular project updates to clients.
- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in construction management or related (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various roofing materials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in project management software.
