In this role, the successful candidate will lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects related to federal, state and muncipal clients. The candidate will serve in a client-focused role, managing projects and mentoring junior staff. The candidate will work collaboratively with other members of management staff and will be responsible for coordination and completion of various project elements. The candidate will be responsible for executing project work, producing high quality deliverables, maintaining project schedules, coordination with clients and mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience (10 preferred) with municipal and state stormwater programs, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits, stormwater design, inspections and monitoring, TMDL planning, and overseeing projects. The candidate should have experience with business development and client relationship management in the Atlanta area or Southeast with municipal clients and state agencies. GDOT experience is a plus.
