Role Overview

The Senior Commercial Refrigeration Project Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial Refrigeration construction operations. This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of Refrigeration construction projects from preconstruction through to close-out, including estimation, procurement, contracting, and project management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial Refrigeration systems, project management principles, and customer relations. This role offers significant potential for advancement and the opportunity to shape the growth of our Refrigeration division.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial Refrigeration construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, including project estimation, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring materials and equipment are obtained at optimal costs and meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement effective project management strategies, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Maintain strong customer relations, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Refrigeration division, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the commercial Refrigeration construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Refrigeration projects from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of Refrigeration systems, construction methodologies, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Competency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
