We're growing and looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Role
You'll be key in keeping our clients’ facilities in top shape, handling a mix of maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and keep things running smoothly. This includes:
- Primarily plumbing and electrical repairs
- Some carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance, and other handyman duties
- Regular facility inspections and maintenance
- Keeping detailed records of your work
- Ensuring safety standards are met
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm, with some night and weekend work.
Requirements
- Experience in repair and maintenance, especially plumbing and electrical
- Experience with running a power auger and hydro-jetter in a commercial kitchen a plus
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle the job’s demands
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
