We highly value those who are professional, friendly and organized.Function:The Barback is responsible for each guest's experience at the bar as well as assisting the bartender in making and serving in the dining room.Barback explains the menu, takes orders, and services all guests at the bar. Barback will learn how to prep, assist the bartender with making some drinks, and run drinks to tables.
